Tiff, PSD or any Photoshop file is preferred Jpeg is acceptable.
Q: How long will it take Studio-Hello’s retouch experts to service my photos?
Generally 2-5 days, it depends on job size and deadline request. Rush Job is available upon request.
Q: What is your payment schedule?
2% 10, net 30
Q: How do I place an order?
The easiest way is to upload photos. After requesting an estimate a user name and password will be given to you to upload your photos to our FTP site. The systrem is secure with the U/N and password only you and Studio-Hello will have access to the images. When the files are done they can be easily downloaded off our FTP server as well.
Q: Is your payment form secure?
Yes, Credit Card payment to Studio-Hello, are secure and offered by PayPal. Checks, money orders, and cash transfers are also acceptable.
Q: How do I obtain a username and password for the FTP?
From Studio-Hello, once you have agreed to start a project with Studio-Hello, you will be sent the information you will need to easily access, upload and download your files.
